For returns of Cakes Concealed Carry products, customer has 30 days from date of receipt to request a refund. A 5% restocking fee will apply. A return label will be generated and emailed to you.

For returns of Comfort Concealment products, customer has 30 days from date of receipt to request a refund. No restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Products do not need to be returned. For exchanges, please request a return of the product you received, and you will be refunded and can place a new order for the desired product.  

Holster Liability Disclaimer

By purchasing and/or using any holster or holster-related product manufactured or sold by Moms Who Carry®, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Firearms are inherently dangerous and capable of causing serious injury or death if misused. Moms Who Carry® assumes no responsibility or liability for the improper, negligent, or unlawful use of any firearm or holster.

All holsters are designed to securely retain a firearm when used as intended, with a properly functioning firearm, and when worn, adjusted, and maintained correctly by the user. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure proper fit, firearm compatibility, secure retention, safe trigger coverage, and correct placement at all times.

Moms Who Carry® is not responsible for:

  • Accidental or negligent discharge

  • Personal injury, death, or property damage

  • Improper installation, adjustment, or use of the holster

  • Modifications made to the holster or firearm

  • Use with aftermarket or altered firearms, lights, optics, or accessories not expressly approved

  • Wear, tear, or damage caused by normal use, misuse, or environmental factors

Holsters should always be used with strict adherence to all firearm safety rules, including keeping the firearm secured, maintaining finger discipline, and ensuring the trigger is fully covered at all times.

By using this product, you assume all risks associated with carrying or using a firearm and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Moms Who Carry®, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to the use or misuse of the product.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the holster.

At this time, most apparel items are made-to-order. Once you place your order, the item goes into production with your specific garment and size. For this reason, cancellations or changes to your order must be requested as soon as possible. Please take care to select the correct item and size, because of the custom nature of these garments, at this time we cannot accept returns for items not made in-house. If you do encounter an issue of this nature please contact us, we can see what we can do to make things right, such as a store credit.

Refunds requested due to buyer’s remorse (accidental order, change of mind, etc.) are accepted on items made in-house but outbound shipping costs will not be refunded, and buyer is responsible for return postage costs plus any applicable restocking fee. Refunds will be processed after your item is received back in new condition with tags attached.

If you receive the wrong item, or if there is a defect or other issue with your order you are eligible for a refund or replacement. 

Holsters and magazine carriers are eligible for replacement or 100% refund due to any manufacturing defect or error. Moms Who Carry® will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return if applicable.

Custom holsters and mag carriers can be returned due to buyer’s remorse, due to no defect or error in the product received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, and a 20% restocking fee will be retained by Moms Who Carry® from the forthcoming refund as well as the initial shipping cost, if applicable. All of our holsters are printed and handmade-to-order, so this helps cover the cost of the materials, supplies, and labor required to craft your custom holster.

Custom-print holsters and mag carriers cannot be returned except for defect or error. Please ensure that your artwork is high resolution (300dpi) for the best quality printing.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Shipping Options – We utilize USPS Priority shipping for all holsters because it comes with package insurance and tracking. Expedited shipping is available but our lead times are still applicable (e.g. with our general 2-3 week lead time for holsters, your holster will not arrive the next day if you order it with expedited shipping).

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). We will communicate this via the email provided with your order.

If you provide an address that is valid but is not the correct address that you intended to ship to, we cannot offer a replacement or refund unless we receive the original garment back in its original condition.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable). We will communicate this with the email you provided with your order.

FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE USA: Please contact us directly to place an order. Customer is responsible for shipping and VAT charges. International orders are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non returnable except for defect.
